One-Stop Online Portal for OFWs Now Features PhilHealth Benefits and Services


OVERSEAS Filipino workers now have additional avenues through which they may learn more about their health care coverage under the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP).

Through an agreement signed between the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO), OFWs may now access a one-stop online portal to get the latest updates, advisories, features and other information materials pertaining to their PhilHealth membership.

ANILA, Philippines - The Philippines moved up eight places to rank 82nd out of 146 countries in Forbes' Best Countries for Business List for 2014, up from 90th in the previous year.
